All products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. As such, return and refund rights are strictly limited and globally enforced in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at jayface-shop@support.fourthwall.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns, sizing-related returns, or other types of returns.

Products and Orders
All products are unique and customized, especially for you, so please make sure before placing an order that the selected items meet your expectations (size, color, style, type).
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
After production begins, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled or changed.
Damaged/Quality Issues
We only offer exchanges or refunds for manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective product, please report it within 14 days of receiving it. The photo must clearly represent the manufacturing defect in good quality.
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

In such cases, the issue (e.g., printing error, incorrect color/size, manufacturing damage) will be inspected by Fourthwall, and if the complaint is valid, they will provide the exchange or refund.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As all products are unique and customized, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
We cannot accept returns or refund requests if the buyer has changed their mind, doesn't like the product, or has selected an incorrect size, color, style, or type.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, including the limitation of return rights for made-to-order products.
This policy applies to all customers, regardless of their location, including but not limited to the USA, EU, and other countries.
Customers should note that because all products are custom-made, they are not eligible for return or refund simply because of dissatisfaction or changes in preferences.
Pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. All products in this shop fall under this exemption.
Similar legal exemptions apply in other jurisdictions for made-to-order goods, and this policy is enforced globally.
By proceeding with the purchase, the customer confirms their understanding and agreement to these terms, regardless of their country of residence or location.
Liability
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the details of the desired product before placing the order.
We only accept responsibility for manufacturing defects.
For all other cases, the purchase is final.
The creator of this store operates as an independent individual artist. As such, purchases are made on a personal, non-commercial basis, and any legal obligations are limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Payment and Shipping
The full payment for the purchase must be made in advance.
The shipping time and cost vary depending on your country and the chosen shipping method.
As an individual artist, the creator is not directly responsible for processing payments, issuing refunds, or handling financial transactions. All monetary transactions and returns are processed by Fourthwall or its designated payment partners, in accordance with their own policies.
Other Information
These products are intended for adults.
Any return request is only valid if the product is in its original condition and applies only to manufacturing defects. Hygiene and health standards must always be observed.
Wear, fading, stretching, washing or ironing defects, incorrect size or color choice, improper storage and use, intentional damage, personal dissatisfaction (“I don’t like it anymore”), change of mind after order, or intentional misleading by support will not be eligible for claims, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
All payments, invoices, and order processing are handled by our platform partner, Fourthwall, not the creator. By placing an order, you acknowledge that any payment receipts or tax documents are provided by Fourthwall as the official seller and merchant of record.
Every customer purchasing from the store must agree to the terms outlined in this policy and place orders with this understanding.
Manufacturing and Fulfillment Responsibility
All products are manufactured, printed, and shipped by our third-party partner, Fourthwall. They are solely responsible for the technical execution of the product, including fulfillment, quality control, and delivery. Any warranty or defect-related claims will be handled directly by Fourthwall, who will inspect the issue and determine eligibility for refund or exchange. The creator does not participate in this process and cannot be held responsible for the outcome. Therefore, the creator cannot be held liable for any delays, product issues, losses, or miscommunications arising from the order, production, or delivery process. All logistical decisions and resolutions are made by Fourthwall.
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if it is not claimed or accepted by the customer and returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping costs. This includes the original shipping charge, any return shipping fees, the cost of re-shipping the package (if applicable), as well as any additional costs such as storage, handling, or rerouting fees that may be incurred during the return or re-shipping process. No refund will be issued for shipping fees in these cases.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at jayface-shop@support.fourthwall.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
The creator does not accept direct bank transfers or manual payments. All payments must be made through the accepted digital payment methods provided by Fourthwall. Any request for manual transactions or direct banking information will not be processed.
International Orders
Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
Merchant of record
Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns. Privacy Policy Terms of Service.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this Returns and FAQ policy. The buyer is responsible for ensuring they are aware of these terms, and their decision to proceed with the purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms. The creator is not liable for any misunderstandings or non-compliance resulting from a lack of familiarity with the terms.
No exceptions shall be granted for failure to review these terms.
Users who proceed with any purchase or interaction on this platform are deemed to have read and agreed to all relevant policies, and thereby forfeit any right to claim otherwise.
